Seneca Traffic Stop Leads to Drug Arrests

(KMZA)--A traffic stop in Seneca for littering leads to the arrest of two Missouri residents on drug charges

33-year-old Ivy Stephens and 36-year-old Joel Martin, both of St. Peters, Missouri, were arrested Sunday by the Seneca Police Department on charges of possession of methamphetamines, possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Both were booked into the Nemaha County Jail where they remain on $12,500 bond each.
