(KLZA)-- A former Ward III City Councilman in Falls City is once again representing the Third Ward.

Kirby Robidoux was appointed to fill the position left vacant when Steve Scholl resigned when he moved out of Ward III. Mayor Jerry Oliver discussed told the Council since Robidoux is running for the Third Ward Council seat in November and is unopposed, it makes sense to appoint him now rather than appoint someone else to serve until December. 

Robidoux previously resigned from the Council when he moved out of town due to his job. After moving back to town he filed to run for the Third Ward Council position up for election this year.
