(KLZA)--A two-vehicle Richardson County wreck Friday morning about three miles north of Falls City sent one person to the hospital.

According to the Richardson County Sheriff’s Department, Nathan Purcell, of St. Joseph, was northbound on Highway 73 when his car crossed the center line and struck the duals on a semi-truck driven by 46-year old Steven Armagost, of Mead.  

Purcell, whose car was totaled, was transported by ambulance to Community Medical Center in Falls City for the treatment of  non life-threatening injuries.

Armagost was able to drive his truck from the scene and later sought medical attention.

The wreck was reported shortly after 8:00.
