The Ponca City Police Department's Special Projects Unit served a search warrant at 403 South Oak Street at 4:10 p.m. Wednesday, with three people being arrested.

Megan Duncan, 26, was arrested on Kay County warrants for possession of a controlled dangerous substance and possession of paraphernalia.

Shawn Hankla, 41, was arrested on complaints of use of a server system to facilitate, possession of methamphetamine, possession of marijuana, possession of pills and possession of paraphernalia.

Stacy Vannatta, 23, was arrested on complaints of use of a server system to facilitate, possession of methamphetamine, possession of marijuana, possession of pills and possession of paraphernalia.
