The Salt Fork Restaurant Group will hold FRESHtival 2016, a celebration of fresh and local cuisine, crafts, music and activities, on Saturday, July 30, in downtown Tonkawa.
The festival will be held at TS Fork, 100 West Grand in Tonkawa.
A dinner buffet begins at 6:30 p.m., and diners can dine inside or on the outside dining area. The buffet will include three meats, vegetables, salads and desserts, all from locally grown and raised selections. The FRESHtival will include a local farmers' market, local live entertainment, local artists and crafters, and a bouncy toy, all to celebrate the summer harvest.
