(KAIR)--Two years in prison.
That's the sentence handed down Tuesday for the Lancaster teen arrested last year following the armed robbery of a Topeka sporting good store.
18-year-old Raymond Felton learned his fate in Shawnee County District Court.
According to The Topeka Capital-Journal, Felton, in April, pleaded guilty to two counts of aggravated robbery and one count of aggravated assault.
17-years-old at the time of the crime, Felton was one of four teens accused of stealing $585 dollars, and three semiautomatic rifles, from Academy Sports. Authorities say he was armed with a handgun, used to threaten customers and store employees alike.
According to the newspaper, two of Felton's accused accomplices have been placed on probation. The fate of the fourth is not yet determined.
