(KAIR)--No change in leadership for the Atchison County Schools, following the election of officers Wednesday night. 

That happened during the regular meeting of the Board of Education for USD 377. "Last year, the Board President was Jeff Martin, he remains as President," Superintentendent of Schools Steve Wiseman tells MSC News. "Same for Vice-President, last year was Tana Hoffman, and she will remain in that position for the upcoming school year."

The meeting served as the first session of the school board since the new fiscal year began July 1st. 
State statute requires the reorganization each year.
