(KAIR)--A Wetmore man is dead, killed Sunday evening in a head-on Atchison County crash, ten miles northwest of Atchison. 

The victim is identified by the Kansas Highway Patrol as 63-year-old Clarence Nott, Jr, who was driving northwest on U.S. Highway 73 when his car went left of center. 
That caused his Camaro to crash head-on into a car that was heading southeast on the highway. 
The driver of that vehicle, 32-year-old Jennifer Borgstadt, of Mission, Kansas, was transported by helicopter to the University of Kansas Hospital in Kansas City, Kansas for the treatment of injuries. 
The Patrol says she was buckled up, but Nott was not. 

The fatal wreck happened shortly before 6:30.
