(KNZA)-A no contest plea has been entered in a Doniphan County child sex case.

25-year-old Cameron, Missouri resident Michael Anthony West recently entered the plea in Doniphan County District Court to a charge of aggravated indecent liberties with a child.

The charge stems from a sex offense involving a child under the age of 14 occurring in March of last year in Elwood.

West is scheduled to be sentenced August 2nd.

He remains in the Doniphan County Jail on a $100,000 bond.
