(KNZA)--A Brown County railroad crossing will be closed over the weekend for repairs.

A county official says the Union Pacific Railroad will be making repairs to a crossing on Prairie Road between 130th and 140th Roads.

The crossing will be closed Saturday and Sunday while the repair work is underway.

Motorists will have to use an alternate route.
