(MSC News)--The Brown, Jackson, and Nemaha County Republican Committees are collaborating to promote candidates ahead of the upcoming August primary election for federal, state, and county offices.
A Republican candidates forum will be held Saturday, June 27, at the Netawaka Family Fitness Center, located at 233 Whiteway Street in Netawaka. The event will run from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m.
The forum is intended to give voters an opportunity to meet candidates in person and discuss issues important to them. A light lunch will be available during the event, featuring pulled pork, brats, and beverages, offered in exchange for a donation.
The event is open to the public, and residents across Brown, Jackson, and Nemaha counties are encouraged to attend and participate ahead of the August 4th primary election.
