(KMZA)--Nemaha County residents are invited to a community information meeting tonight, Wednesday, July 8, focused on a proposed Kansas constitutional amendment regarding Supreme Court judge selection.

According to the Nemaha County Democratic Party, the meeting is set for 6:30 this evening at the Woolsoncroft Event Center in Seneca.

Featured speakers include retired judge Tom Marten and Leo Spinoza with Kansans for an Impartial Court. 

Organizers say the meeting comes ahead of the August 4th primary election.
