(KNZA)--Jackson County residents will have a chance Tuesday, July 21 to learn more about the proposed 2027 county budget

The Jackson County Commission is hosting a come-and-go informational meeting on , from 3 until 6 p.m. in the first-floor meeting room of the Jackson County Courthouse.

County taxpayers can meet one-on-one with department heads, elected officials, and county commissioners to ask questions and learn more about the proposed budget.

The event is open to the public and marks the third consecutive year county officials have held a public budget information meeting.
