The 2026 Richardson County 4-H and FFA Junior Fair is this week in Humboldt.
Tuesday afternoon the Static Building opens with displays at 2.
The Favorite Foods revue will begin at 5 along with the tractor driving contest, ATV contest and riding mower contest.
Wednesday afternoon the companion animal contest will begin at 4:30. A Kickoff barbecue will begin at 5:30 at the same time as the pedal tractor pull.
The livestock judging contest will begin at 6:30 p.m.
Thursday thru Saturday the 4-H Council voting will be taking place.
The silent static support auction will open Thursday and continue through Saturday.
At 8:30 a.m. Thursday, the swine show will begin along with the rabbit showmanship contest.
The dairy cattle show will begin at 12:30 followed by the sheep show at 2:30 and the Rabbit show at 5:30.
Friday begins with the 8:30 a.m. Beef cattle show and poultry showmanship competition.
The dairy goat show will be at 12:30 followed by the meat goat show at 2:30, the poultry show will be at 5.
At 7 p.m. The Ag Olympics will take place.
Saturday events start with the Ag Society breakfast from 7 – 8 .m.
The public fashion show will be at 9; the round robin is at 11 a.m.
4-H Council voting will close at noon on Saturday.
The awards ceremony will be held at 2 p.m. Followed by the market livestock support auction at 4 o'clock.
The 4-H dinner will be served starting at 6 p.m. With everyone welcome to attend.
Sunday a 4-H swim party will take place at the Falls City Aquatic Center.
