(KLZA)-- A federal arrest warrant has been issued for an Arizona man who has been in jail in Atchison County, Missouri,since September of last year.
Dustin Hill of Florence, Arizona was 22 at the time of his arrest in September of 2025.
Hill has been indicted by the United States District Court for the Western District of Missouri in relation to a kidnapping incident in Rock Port, which occurred September 19, 2025.
Hill has been indicted on four counts.
Attempted Enticement of a Minor to Engage in Sexual Activity which carries a minimum 10-year prison sentence and up to a life sentence.
Travel with Intent to Engage in Illicit Sexual Conduct with up to a life prison sentence.
Transportation of a Minor to Engage in Sexual Activity, which carries a minimum 10 year sentence up to life.
Transfer of Obscene Material to a Minor, which carries a maximum sentences of life in prison.
Dustin Hill continues to be held in the Atchison County Jail in Rock Port.
Hill is accused of taking two, 12-year-old girls from Rock Port on September 19th, 2025.
Hill was located an detained in Evansville, Indiana the following morning and the girls were found safe in Evansville.
The two girls were reported missing that Friday night around 10:20 p.m. When they did not return home from a high school football game in Rock Port. They had last been seen around 8:40 that evening near the southwest gate of the football field.
A task force that included Atchison County Deputies, Missouri Highway Patrolmen, the FBI, Cyber Crimes Task Force and Missouri Department of Conservation was convened to search for the missing girls.
