(KLZA)-- Atchison County, Missouri Sheriff's deputies conducted a search warrant of a home in Fairfax on July 31 resulting in the arrest of two suspects.

After a probable cause statement was filed, a warrant for the arrest of two men was issued by the Atchison County Circuity Court.

Marcus Hall is charged with four counts of 1st degree statutory rape or attempted rape and is being held in the Atchison County Jail without bond.

Hudson Hall, also of Fairfax was arrested for one count of 1st degree endangering the welfare of a child, involving drugs.

Hudson Hall is in the Atchison County Jail and is being held on a $10 thousand bond.
