(KAIR)--A U.S. Marshals Service warrant operation at the Capri Motel in Elwood resulted in two arrests Monday evening, August 24.

Elwood Police Chief Brandon Whetstine said officers with his department assisted the U.S. Marshals Service during the operation.

Tyan Elder and Shannon Power were taken into custody on outstanding warrants. Both were arrested without incident.

Whetstine expressed appreciation for the continued cooperation and partnership between the Elwood Police Department and the U.S. Marshals Service.
