The Kansas Department of Health and Environment rescinded the advisory Wednesday after laboratory testing found no evidence of bacterial contamination.
The advisory was issued last Friday after a waterline break caused a loss of pressure in the city’s distribution system.
A loss of pressure can reduce chlorine levels and increase the risk of bacterial contamination.
KDHE officials say all conditions that placed the water system at risk have been resolved.
