Two Falls City residents face felony drug charges

(KLZA)--Two Falls City residents are facing felony drug charges following an investigation by the Richardson County Sheriff’s Office.

Sheriff Rick Hardesty says the Sheriff’s Office has been investigating the distribution of methamphetamine in Falls City since July.

On September fourth, deputies executed a search warrant at 710 Fulton Street in Falls City.  During the search, Hardesty says deputies located methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia.

As a result, 44-year-old Stacy O’Banion of Falls City was arrested and initially charged with possession with intent to deliver within one-thousand feet of a school.

Later that same day, deputies located and arrested 29-year-old Ty Larson of Falls City for possession of methamphetamine.

On Thursday, Hardesty says the Sheriff’s Office concluded its investigation. An arrest warrant was issued for O’Banion on charges of delivery of methamphetamine within one-thousand feet of a school, possession of money during a drug crime, and unlawful acts related to drugs.

An arrest warrant was also issued for Larson on two counts of delivery of methamphetamine.
