Davidson was originally charged with two counts of first-degree sexual assault, but both counts were amended.
In January, 2021, the Nebraska State Patrol contacted a woman who said Davidson had sexually assaulted her approximately 15 years earlier.
Court records indicated that from late 2003 to August, 2005, Davidson sexually assaulted the woman who was 13-years-old at the time around a dozen times, with the assaults occurring in both Richardson and Hall counties in Nebraska.
Davidson was arrested in February, 2024.
