(KNZA)--An Atchison woman is facing multiple drug charges in Doniphan County.

Thirty-seven-year-old Kurrie Albright was arrested last Thursday by the Doniphan County Sheriff’s Office.

According to online court documents, Albright was formally charged Friday in Doniphan County District Court with felony counts of unlawful distribution of methamphetamine within one-thousand feet of school property, possession of methamphetamine, and trafficking contraband in a correctional institution.

She also faces a misdemeanor charge of possession of drug paraphernalia.

Albright was scheduled to make her first court appearance Tuesday and remains held in the Doniphan County Jail on a 75-thousand-dollar bond.
