(KNZA)--A young teenager, reported missing earlier this week, is returned to safety following his discovery in Holton.

Deontae Harris was reported missing Monday night. WIBW-TV reports the 13-year-old, from Onaga, had been last seen that night around 9:00 in the Pottawatomie County city, leading officials to put out the call for his whereabouts.

On Tuesday morning, the child was located safe about 25 miles east of Onaga, in the Jackson County city of Holton.
