Crowned as the King of the Fair was Marvin Blecha of Humboldt.
The 2026 Queen of the Richardson County Fair is PJ Howe.
PJ is a junior at the Humboldt-Table Rock-Steinauer School and the daughter of Caleb and Megan Howe of rural Humboldt. She participates in sports for HTRS and is on the Mock Trial Team, takes part in One Act, Speech, Quiz Bowl, FFA where she serves as chapter secretary, is a member of the National Honor Society the Fellowship of Christian Athletes and Band. She is the President of the HTRS Class of 2028.
The 1st runner-up for Queen is Hallie Jones, a senior at Falls City Sacred Heart school. Hallie is the daughter of Luke and Celeste Jones of rural Falls City.
2nd runner-up was Shyla Clark, a senior at Humboldt – Table Rock – Steinauer High School. The daughter of MaryJo and Jerrod Lippold of Humboldt.
3rd runner-up was Eden Stewart, a junior at HTRS is the daughter of Nick and Valerie Stewart of Humboldt.
4th runner-up was Eden Duryea, a junior at HTRS and the daughter of Dan and Heather Duryea of rural Humboldt.
Named as the Humboldt Woman of the Year during the coronation program was Carolyn Blecha.
The King and Queen and the royal court will ride on the queens float in the parade each day of the Richardson County Fair at 11 a.m.
