(KNZA)--A 34-year-old Holton man faces multiple felony charges following his arrest last Friday on a Jackson County warrant.

Court documents show Harley Evans is charged with one count of child abuse, three counts of aggravated domestic battery, and one count of criminal threat.

The alleged child abuse occurred in July, while the three aggravated domestic battery charges involve separate incidents in March, April and July.

Evans is also accused of making criminal threats against two individuals in September.

He remains in the Jackson County Jail on a 100-thousand-dollar bond.
