Jorn noted that city code prohibits blowing grass clippings into the streets when mowing.
Jorn also noted that along Highway 73, Highway 8 which is West 21st Street and Highway 159 which is east 14th Street, there are to be no signed placed placed on the right-of-way and there is to be no parking on the right-of-way.
The state has control of those state highways and through a contract with the state, the city is required to remove signs placed on the right-of-way.
