(KAIR)--A vehicle reportedly stopped in an Atchison roadway with its lights off early Friday morning led to the arrest of a 20-year-old Ozawkie woman on alleged drug and alcohol-related offenses.
According to a release from Atchison Police Chief Mike Wilson, an officer on patrol shortly after 1:00 Friday morning spotted the vehicle blocking the roadway in the 1400 block of South 8th Street.
