Seneca Man Arrested for Burglary and Theft

A Seneca man is facing charges of burglary and misdemeanor theft.
27-year-old Andrew Tryon was arrested May 16th following an investigation by the Brown County Sheriff’s Department.
Tryon is accused of breaking into a barn located at 1394 Acorn Road and taking a 1983 Yamaha 3-wheeler belonging to Jay and Kay Smith.
A preliminary hearing is set for Wednesday.
Bond was set at 75-hundred dollars.
