A 59 year old Holton man is recovering from a motorcycle accident that occurred on Kansas highway 116 in Atchison County Sunday evening.
According to Atchison County Undersheriff Larry Myer, Gerald Gearhardt was traveling west bound on his 1999 Suzuki on 116 and lost control on a curve just East of Anderson, going into a ditch and hitting a culvert.
He was transported to the Holton hospital with leg injuries.
