Alberta Cander, 71, of Humboldt, Nebraska passed away on Sunday, April 30, 2017, at her home in rural Humboldt, Nebraska.

A Celebration of Life will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, May 20, 2017, at the United Methodist Church in Humboldt, Nebraska with Pastor Dean Joy officiating.

Visitation will be from 9 a.m.-8 p.m. on Friday, May 19, 2017, at The Wherry Mortuary in Humboldt, Nebraska.  Family will greet friends from 6-8 p.m.

Inurnment will be at the Humboldt Cemetery at a later date.

Memorials contributions may be given to the United Methodist Church or Humboldt Fire Department.
