Jerry W. Nelson, age 75 of Verdon, passed away Sunday, July 6, 2025, at his home.

He is survived by his daughter and son-in-law Shane and Joseph Decker of Ripley, OK; granddaughters Josie and Jessie Decker; other relatives and friends.

A funeral service will be held Friday, July 11, 2025, 2:30 p.m. at Hemmingsen Funeral Home in Auburn. Burial will follow in Stella Cemetery at Stella. Visitation will be at the funeral home on Thursday, from 9:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. with family greeting friends from 5:00 to 7:00.

Memorials are suggested to Stella Cemetery.
