Stephanie Hartley, 48, of Falls City, NE, passed away May 6, 2026 at Falls City. She was born July 13, 1977 at Falls City to Roy Hartley and Michele (Ludwig) Frederick.

Stephanie was raised in the Falls City area and graduated from Falls City High School in 1996. She went on to attend Highland College and earned an accounting degree in 2000. She then began working for United Tribes as an accountant. She retired due to her health in 2012. She was a member of Riverside Fellowship Church at Rulo and baptized in 2014. She enjoyed crafting, her family and grandchildren were very important to her and she had a generous soul.

Stephanie is survived by her daughter, Hailey Moyer of Rulo, mother and step-father, Michele and Jeff Frederick of Rulo, brother, Jeffrey Frederick and his significant other, Becky Fouraker of White Cloud, KS, sisters, Monique Swim and her husband Richard of Hiawatha, KS, Jessica Palmer and her husband Jason of Auburn, NE, Adrianna Havens of Topeka, KS, Sara Cromier and her husband Travis of Wetmore, KS, step-sister, Kayla Stalker and her husband Josh of Hiawatha, grandmother, Beverly Frederick of Rulo, grandchildren, Kylian and Aislynn Thomas and many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her father, and a grandmother, Cheri Ludwig

Her memorial service will be held on Wednesday, May 13, 2026 at 10:30 AM at Dorr and Clark Funeral Home with Pastor David Showalter officiating.
