Myra W. Kratz, 96, of Falls City, NE, passed away May 18, 2026 at Falls City. She was born July 12, 1929 at Leona, KS to Clarence and Dorothy (Haggendieffer) Kleppe

She married Donald Kratz on December 18, 1952 at Hiawatha, KS. He passed away July 22, 2010.

Myra was raised at Leona and graduated Leona High School. Following graduation, she moved to Hiawatha, KS were she waited tables and met her future husband, Don. When married the couple established their home in Falls City and she sold Avon for a number of years but was mainly a homemaker. She did antiquing with her husband and they attended many flea markets together. She also collected glass and hummels and enjoyed raising house plants. She was a member of First United Methodist Church.

Myra is survived by her sons, Greg and his wife Kelly of Lawrence, Gary of Omaha and a grandson, Keegan of Lawrence. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband and sisters, Donna and Darlene

A graveside service will be held on Friday, May 22, 2026 at 11:30 AM at Steele Cemetery.

Visitation will be held nn Friday from 10-11:00 AM at Dorr and Clark Funeral Home.
