(KLZA)-- The Auburn Board of Public Works voted to update salaries from a formally approved succession plan when they met July 15.

The salary for the BPW General Manager was increased from $120 thousand annually to $125 thousand.

The Electric Operations Manager salary will increase from $105 thousand to $115 thousand dollars per year.

In other business the Board approved renewing the League Association of Risk Management with a premium increase of 3%.

The total cost on a three-year commitment is $346,837. By approving the three year contract, a 5% discount will be applied.
