Just as the school year wrapped up, Onaga Grade School got the opportunity to select ten students for the Royals Honor Program. Students were chosen based on academics, attendance, service, and citizenship. The winners receive school and community recognition, as well as vouchers for tickets to watch the Kansas City Royals this summer.
This year's winners were Nellie Conley, Charlotte McKinsey, Marie Spevacek, Kannon Minner, Kinsley Fordham, Isabel McKinsey, Ellie Starns, Wyatt Rager, August Falk, and Vivian Berges. Also pictured is Ms. Hannah Kolterman, the organizer of the awards.
