DARE, or Drug Abuse Resistance Education, is a program designed to teach kids about the dangers of drugs, alcohol, and tobacco. DARE officers, like Officer Lowe, visit schools to provide lessons that help students develop the skills to resist peer pressure and make healthy choices.
