We were a chapter of 17 women in Nortonville–Winchester who considered each other more than friends — we were sisters. Beta Sigma Phi was founded in 1931 as an international women’s organization built on friendship, service, and personal growth. Chapters like ours existed all over the world, each one bringing women together to support their communities in meaningful, heartfelt ways.
Giving back was the heart of who we were.
Our Nortonville–Winchester chapter worked year-round to support our local communities through:
• Scholarships for Jefferson County students
• Donations to the Nortonville and Winchester libraries
• Funding summer swimming lessons
• Assisting families in need
• Supporting local organizations and special projects
• Hosting treasured events like the annual Easter Egg Hunt and Mother–Daughter Banquet

And of course…

The Beta Sigma Phi Holiday Open House!
For 24 years, this event grew bigger, brighter, and more joyful — not because of us, but because of YOU. Our incredible vendors, shoppers, families, volunteers, and community members were the reason this tradition continued to thrive.
From the bottom of our hearts, thank you for supporting this event, supporting our chapter, and supporting each other. We couldn’t wait to welcome everyone for a day filled with small-town charm, holiday cheer, beautiful handmade goods, delicious treats, and all the magic our community brought together.
