Congratulations to Horton Elementary School! 
Rainbow Communications is thrilled to present a $1,000 grant to Horton Elementary for their Career on Wheels program, made possible by Foundation for Rural Services and Rainbow. This amazing grant was one of only 36 awarded nationwide! 
Horton holds a special place in our hearts, with 40% of Rainbow employees either graduating from or having roots right here. We are proud to support the growth and success of our local communities.
