Centralia FCS & FCCLA: A Busy and Successful Third Quarter
Centralia Family & Consumer Sciences and FCCLA had a successful third quarter. This semester, I’m excited to be teaching a new class, Baking & Pastry, which is already full with 15 students. We’ve been learning a lot through hands-on activities, building new skills, and exploring the art and science of baking. It has been a fun and rewarding experience for both the students and me.
