A “Celebration of Life” ceremony will be held for Philip David Tubach at 11 a.m. on Saturday, June 28, at the Hiawatha Cemetery in Hiawatha.

Local survivors are parents Paul D. and Marian S. Tubach, grandmother Marjorie Wilson, uncles and aunts Stephen and Annette Wilson and David and Debbie Wilson.
