Nancy Jean (Billings) Saathoff, 65 of Table Rock, Nebraska, passed away on September 3, 2014 at Good Samaritan Society in Auburn, Nebraska.  She was born on March 22, 1949 to Robert and Grace (Boydston) Billings in Humboldt, Nebraska.

 Nancy lived and grew up in Humboldt, Nebraska and graduated  from Humboldt High School in 1967, and went to Beautician school.

 Nancy later married Lester Saathoff in December of 1968 in Beatrice , to this union 4 children were born.

 Nancy worked several jobs as a cook and owned and operated several businesses in the area.  She also worked as a care giver for ENCOR.

 Nancy enjoyed reading drama and Stephen King books, she also enjoyed sewing, quilting, crafting and canning her own food.  Nancy enjoyed having her Beagel named Sadie around to keep her company.

 She was preceded in death by her husband, Lester Saathoff, her parents, Robert and Grace Billings, in-laws Ralph and Sadie Saathoff.

 She is survived by her sons, Ralph (Emi) Saathoff of Japan, Kenneth (Lisa) Saathoff of Council Bluffs, IA, Christopher (Jennifer) Saathoff of Lincoln, NE, daughter Tamsy ( Don) Haycraft of Maryland,  also survived by her pet Beagel Sadie,12 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren, brother Dwight (Connie) Billings of Kansas, brother-in-laws, Leroy (Jenny) Saathoff of Beatrice, NE, Lonnie Saathoff of California, sister-in-law, Cindy Lawson of Beatrice, NE, several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

 Celebration of life 12-2 p.m. on Saturday, September 13, 2014 at the Table Rock Senior Center, Table Rock, Nebraska.  Co officiating Wilma and Art Marsh.
