Dorothy Mae Clark, 83, of Horton, Kansas, passed away on Friday, December 5, 2014 at her home.

She was born on February 12, 1931 in Jackson County, Kansas the daughter of Robert and Ruby Pratt Edds. After graduating from high school she went to work for the Brown Atchison Electric Coop as a secretary, where she worked for forty four years before retiring in 1993. On September 8, 1963 she married Lewis E. Clark in Sedan, Kansas. He preceded her in death on May 1, 2003. Dorothy was a lifetime member of the Beta Theta Chapter of Epsilon Sigma Alpha for sixty six years and various other organizations. She also enjoyed fishing and camping with her husband Louie.

Survivors include two brother & sister in-laws, Larry & Sue Clark of Arkansas City, Kansas and Elizabeth & Bill Mueae of Eldorado, Kansas; cousin, Gerry O'Neal of Mesa, Arizona; numerous nieces and nephews.

Graveside services will be at 2:30 P.M. on Wednesday, December 10, 2014 at the Horton Cemetery. The family will greet friends on Tuesday evening from 6:30 to 7:30 P.M. at the Dishon-Maple-Chaney Mortuary in Horton, Kansas. A special message may be sent to the family at www.dishon-maple-chaney.com
