Leland DeJonge, 63, of rural Humboldt, Nebraska passed away on Monday, September 14, 2015, in rural Humboldt, Nebraska.

Memorial Services will be held at 10:30 a.m. on Tuesday, September 22, 2015, at The Faith Lutheran Church in Humboldt, Nebraska with Reverend Jonathan Rathjen officiating.

A register book will be available to sign on Monday, September 21, 2015 at The Wherry Mortuary in Humboldt, Nebraska.

Inurnment will be at The Humboldt Cemetery.
