Don D. Stevens Sr., age 67, of Auburn, NE, passed away Tuesday, September 29, 2015, at his home in Auburn, NE. A funeral service for Don Stevens will be held Friday, October 2, at 2:00 p.m. at the Auburn Christian Church. Military rites will be provided by the Navy Honor Guard and local legion directly following the service at the church.  A private family burial will be at a later date.

Visitation and viewing, is scheduled for Thursday, October 1, from 1 p.m. to 9 p.m. at the Hall Chapel in Auburn, NE. Family will greet friends from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m.

He is survived by his wife Linda Stevens of Auburn, NE; children, Michelle Chowning (Mike) of Brownville, NE;  Don (Del)Stevens Jr. of Auburn, NE; grandchildren, Kelsey, Andrew, Ryan, Haley Ben and Logan Dixon, Cheyanna, Skyler, Ashton Chowning, Shelby, Jazmine, and Katie Stevens, two great-grandchildren Brooklyn and Karcyn Chowning.
