John “Jack” Stock, 81, of Troy, Kansas passed away Tuesday, October 13, 2015 at his home. 

Jack was born on April 6, 1934 in St. Joseph, Missouri to Frank and Agnes (McGauhey) Stock. He was a switchman for the railroad retiring in 1996 after 40 years of service. Jack also served in the U.S. Army. 

He was a member of the St. Charles Catholic Church in Troy, Kansas, Knights of Columbus, American Legion Post #55 of Troy and the UTU. 

Jack married Donna Horner on November 3, 1956 in Troy. She survives of the home. 

He was preceded in death by his parents, daughter, Charlotte Starr, sisters, Virginia Stock and Barbara Skillman.

Brother, Lawrence “Larry” Stock of Camden Point, Missouri.

Funeral Mass: 10:30 A.M. Friday, October 16, 2015 

At: St. Charles Catholic Church in Troy, Kansas 

Visitation; family will receive friends 4-7 Thursday evening at the Harman Rohde Funeral Home in Troy with a Prayer Service at 7. 

Burial: St. Charles Catholic Cemetery in Troy, Kansas
