John Haven Marriott, 74, of Troy, Kansas passed away Saturday, October 31, 2015 at his home.

John was born on November 12, 1940 in St. Joseph, Missouri to Glenn & Leona (Palmer) Marriott. John worked for Twombly Grain, Peachtree Door and retired from Friskies. John was a very hard worker. He enjoyed fishing, tinkering around, and going to sports events. He loved his family well.

He was a member of the First Baptist Church of Troy, Ks.

John married Mary Winkel on September 3, 1960. She survives of the home.

He was preceded in death by his parents, a brother Glenn Marriott Jr., Jerry Marriott and sister, Carol Franke.

A brother, James Marriott, sister, Hazel Lee Tebow both of St. Joseph, Missouri

Funeral Service: 10:30 A.M. Wednesday, at the First Christian Church, Troy, Ks.
Visitation: Tuesday evening from 6:00-8:00 P.M. at Harman Rohde Funeral Home in Troy, Kansas where friends may call after 9:00 A.M. Tuesday.
Burial: Mt. Olive Cemetery, Troy, Kansas
