Phyllis Ann Fisher of Chandler, Arizona, a native of Falls City died November 3rd at the age of 56 in Chandler. A memorial service for Phyllis Fisher of Chandler, Arizona will be held at 11 a-m Saturday, November 14th at the Falconer Funeral Home, in Gilbert, Arizona. In lieu of flowers, a memorial is being setup for the benefit of the Falls City Library and Arts Center. Phyllis Fisher is survived by her husband Joseph Dougherty, sisters Terri Fisher and Paula Rhian, a brother Michale Fisher, her step-father Paul Benitz, nieces Shelly Huppert, Emily Barzee, Laura Herrick, JoAnna Herrick and nephews Jim & Mike Rhian and Tim Herrick.
