Melvin Zentner, 75, of Rulo, NE, passed away December 4, 2015 at Rulo. He was born May 31, 1940 at Falls City, NE to Margret (Sailors) Zentner and the late Herbert Zentner.

On June 5, 1960 he married Jane Smith at Falls City.

Melvin was raised north of Falls City and graduated from Shubert High School in 1957. He then took employment at Harmon’s OK Tire shop. In 1966 he began working for Kenneth Hunzeker and worked for hum until the time of his passing. He attended Trinity Methodist Church at Rulo.

Melvin is survived by his wife, Jane of Rulo, son, Les and his girlfriend, Stephanie Farley of Falls City, mother, Margaret Zentner of Falls City, sister, Madalyn Vonderschmidt and her husband Elden of Falls City. He was preceded in death by his father.

Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, December 8, 2015 at 2:00 PM at Dorr and Clark Funeral Home with Reverend John Hogue officiating. Interment will be in Steele Cemetery.

Open visitation will begin late Sunday afternoon at Dorr and Clark Funeral Home..
