Spinner, 67, died April 20, 2012 at Ozarks Medical Center, West Plains, Missouri.   Memorial graveside services and burial will be Sunday, May 20, 2012 at 1:00 P.M. at Sugar Creek Cemetery, Rushville, Missouri.   Melvin and the former Judy Long were united in marriage in 1992.     Survivors include his wife, Judy Spinner, Isabella, MO, combined family including, Scott Spinner, June Spinner, Larry DeCamp and Paula Williams and his grandchildren and great grandchildren, two sisters, Dorothy Ellis, Atchison, KS and Anna Klingenburg, Kansas City, MO.   Melvin was preceded in death by his father, Cecil B. Spinner, his mother, Anna Black Renfro, a brother, Cecil E. Spinner.
