Lambert Clark, 75, of Wathena, Kansas passed away Saturday, March 19, 2016 at his daughter’s home in Troy, Kansas.

Lambert was born on February 15, 1941 in Troy, Kansas to Alvin Emerson & Della Lucile (Massey) Clark.

Lambert served in the U.S. Navy Seabee’s during Vietnam. He worked for Mead as a machinist & after retirement, he enjoyed delivering the Kansas Chief newspaper to its places of distribution, even so much that no other appointments could be made to interfere. Lambert enjoyed gardening, fishing, hunting, cutting wood, mowing & bird watching.

Lambert married Anna Nadine Grable on March 11, 1967 in Troy, Kansas. She preceded him in death. He was also preceded in death by his son, Norman Clark, brothers, Kenneth & Ivan Clark Sr. & sisters, Evelyn Liechti, May Belle Grable & Esteline Stringfellow.

Survivors: daughter, Sheila Marriott (James) of Troy, Kansas Grandchildren, Jesse Marriott (Taylor) of Highland, Kansas Madison Marriott of Troy, Kansas Numerous nieces & nephews

Funeral Service: 10:00 A.M. Wednesday, March 23, 2016 At the Harman-Rohde Funeral Home in Wathena, Kansas. Visitation: 6-8 Tuesday evening at the funeral home, where friends may call after 9 A.M.
