Roseanne “Rose” Johnson (Reese), 57 of Pawnee City, Nebraska passed away on Thursday, March 31, 2016 in Pawnee City, Nebraska.  She was born on September 25, 1958 in Minneapolis, Minnesota.        

Rose was born in Minnesota lived there until the age of 9, and then moved to Wyoming.

She married Steven Johnson on September 25, 2001 at Good Samaritan Nursing Home in Syracuse, Nebraska. They got married there because Steve’s grandmother lived there and this way she could attend the wedding.

Rose loved to truck drive, bake and loved spending time with all of her animals.  She loved working with her flowers outside.

Rose was preceded in death by her parents.

Rose is survived by her husband Steve Johnson of Pawnee City, NE, mother-in-law, Ramona Johnson of Table Rock, NE. Rose also is survived by three brothers and a sister who live in Washington State and also survived by other relatives and friends.

Graveside service 3:00 p.m. on Saturday, April 2, 2016 at the Pawnee City Cemetery, Pawnee City, Nebraska.  Officiating Reverend Duane Westing.  Register book available for signing on Friday, April 1, 2016 at Wherry Mortuary, 919 G Street, Pawnee City, Nebraska.  Interment at the Pawnee City Cemetery.  Memorials to family choice.  On line condolence may be left at www.wherrymortuary.com
